As you may have noticed, we have launched a new support portal. But don't worry, you can still get access to your older support requests by going here (we've moved over any active support tickets and you may have already received an email notification in your inbox).
With our new support portal, you can search for common support questions and suggestions in the Solutions area, post a question or feature request in the Forums, or create a new support request.

The Global Subscriber Cloud Action lets you globally subscribe Eloqua Contacts as part of a Campaign or Program. Just drag the Cloud Action onto your canvas, add Contacts to the step, and you are done. No configuration required.
